-We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the appropriate postal service about filing for a lost package.

-Earrings are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

-If earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on style/supplies on hand) or refund the price of the earrings. 

-We are unable to cancel orders during a drop due to high demand.
